The mid-term elections on Tuesday, November 3 are the best chance we have to fight back against Trump, his billionaire sycophants, and a spineless Congress. A change in the majority party in Congress will allow Democrats to investigate Trump’s corruption, challenge his inhumane immigration policies, tame AI and bring back Congressional oversight that is at the heart of our system of checks and balances. The stakes could not be higher. Our job is simple: VOTE FOR DEMOCRATS UP and DOWN the BALLOT and help turn out millions of voters who will do the same.

VOTE FOR THE DEMOCRAT. There are many vital issues and at times we disagree about them but there is really only one overriding issue in this election - can we take back some of the constitutional power from Donald Trump and his band of cowering sycophants. VOTE for THE DEMOCRAT IN EVERY RACE!
Democrats, Independents and honest Republicans will have decades to work through our disagreements IF we can return to normal constitutional governance. But to do that we have to put a stop to the corrupt Trump juggernaut. There are NO dissenting Republicans on the ballot this season; every one of them will bow before Trump. In various races across the country Republicans and their dark money groups have tried to insert wedge issues - Israel v Palestine, abortion, staffing challenges or support for oil drilling as reasons to abandon one Democrat or another. This is a cheap trick. In every case the Republican will be far worse for the single issue voters than working with the Democrat.
MAKE A PLAN TO VOTE AND HELP OTHERS TO PLAN THEIR VOTES. Plans begin with checking your registration status on-line NOW! Make sure your relatives and friends do, too. If you’re worried about interference with mail-in voting, physically take your ballot to an official drop box. It will be counted. Plan where, when, and with whom you will vote.

MoveOn.org is sponsoring an Early Voting/No Kings rally on October 17. Check the link for times and locations where you live. The goal of this event is to bring your completed ballot and march with others to voting centers to deposit them. It's an act of solidarity with other voters and a commitment to mail-in ballots.
Check out Third Act or Blue Wave If you are interested in writing post-cards, phone banking or text banking to low turn out prospective Democratic voters across the country.
Donate to local Democratic candidates and consider donating to candidates in other states. Oath.com and Swing Left keep track of liberal/progressive candidates who have a chance of winning in the House and Senate. The Republicans have amassed a huge campaign war chest that they are deploying to confuse and overwhelm voters with misinformation. We need to help provide the funds to fight for the candidates we want to win.
